Massage doesn’t have to hurt to work

Massages don’t have to hurt to work.
Relaxing techniques are effective with a light to medium pressure.
Those knots and painful spots that may require a firmer pressure to release? The pressure should not exceed an 8 out of 10 on your pain scale - at most!
They are also treated with broad, relaxing moves before and after.

You may like firmer pressure and find it effective for you, or you may not, neither is wrong.

In my studio I work with you to provide a massage that treats your needs, works with your body and comfort, with guidance on how to further support your body at home.

Whatever you prefer, please know, massages *do not* have to hurt to work.
